Ana Felicitas López brings physiotherapy and therapeutic electricity closer to the public at Pint of Science Valdevimbre
Dr. Ana Felicitas López, lecturer in the Physiotherapy Department at the University of León and researcher in the SALBIS group, took part last Wednesday, 21 May, in an activity held in Valdevimbre (León) as part of the Pint of Science festival.
Under the title “Can electricity heal? A surprising story!”, Dr. López delivered an outreach session exploring the role of electricity in health, particularly its applications in physiotherapy and its therapeutic potential.
The activity was very warmly received, bringing together 90 attendees who actively participated in a close, accessible and engaging science communication event.
