The thesis represents a work of strong scientific rigor, offering an innovative methodological proposal for competency-based assessment in nursing management. The results demonstrate a high potential<\/span>\u00a0for knowledge transfer to real healthcare settings, particularly in the development and strengthening of nursing leadership.
