The conference was inaugurated by <strong>Mr.<\/strong> <strong>H\u00e9ctor Alaiz Moret\u00f3n, Deputy Delegate of the Government in Le\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In his presentation, <strong>Sergio Rubio<\/strong> emphasized the importance of <strong>digitalization and data in agriculture<\/strong>, with a special focus on the benefits that <strong>artificial intelligence (AI)<\/strong> can bring to <strong>irrigation management<\/strong> and the <strong>agricultural sector<\/strong> as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>During his lecture, he explained how <strong>AI<\/strong> can facilitate various agricultural tasks through <strong>innovative solutions<\/strong> such as <strong>predictive systems, advanced data analytics, and real-time optimization tools<\/strong>. He also presented <strong>practical use cases<\/strong> where <strong>AI<\/strong> has demonstrated its ability to <strong>enhance irrigation efficiency, anticipate crop water needs, and reduce resource waste<\/strong>, significantly contributing to the <strong>sustainability<\/strong> of the sector.<\/p>\n<p>The event brought together <strong>farmers, technicians, and other professionals from the agricultural sector<\/strong>, who actively participated in the lecture, showing great interest in the examples and solutions presented.
