{"id":7781,"date":"2023-05-17T12:02:23","date_gmt":"2023-05-17T10:02:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.salbis.es\/?p=7781"},"modified":"2023-05-17T12:02:23","modified_gmt":"2023-05-17T10:02:23","slug":"biomechanics-training-week-at-the-hubemalab-of-the-university-of-granada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.salbis.es\/en\/2023\/05\/17\/biomechanics-training-week-at-the-hubemalab-of-the-university-of-granada\/","title":{"rendered":"Biomechanics\u2019 training week at the HubemaLab of the University of Granada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the week of 8 May 2023, Ana de Benito (Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences of the University of Le\u00f3n and researcher of the SALBIS Group) together with other colleagues from the ULE, Juan Carlos Redondo Cast\u00e1n, lecturer of the Degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences and H\u00e9ctor Pereiro and Roi Painceira, both lecturers of the Degree in Podiatry, has made a stay in the Singular Infrastructure Laboratory of the University of Granada:\u00a0<em>Human Behaviour &amp; Motion Analysis Lab<\/em>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/hubemalab.com\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/hubemalab.com\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1684394776435000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1c5B20ss88EFcYdEiKyayR\">HubemaLab<\/a>), located in Ceuta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In collaboration with Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Heredia (Associate Professor of\u00a0<em>University of Granada<\/em>\u00a0-UGR-) and Professor Jim Richards (Director of the\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uclan.ac.uk\/research\/activity\/allied-health-research-unit\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.uclan.ac.uk\/research\/activity\/allied-health-research-unit&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1684394776435000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3ajXmxeXbUcGuXhSl3Ae2y\">Allied Health Research Unit<\/a><\/em>\u00a0at the\u00a0<em>University of Central Lancashire<\/em>\u00a0-UCLAN-), groundwork for a 3D Hallux biomechanical model was designed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its development will allow progress to be made along important lines such as: a) the knowledge of Hallux behaviour related to the rest of the foot joints, in subjects with and without specific pathologies (hallux valgus, hallux rigidus&#8230;), b) the Hallux\u2019s effect on the lower limb kinetic chain during dynamic activities or static positions, and c) the effectiveness of plantar orthoses as a treatment for various pathologies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the week of 8 May 2023, Ana de Benito (Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences of the University of Le\u00f3n and researcher of the SALBIS Group) together with other colleagues from the ULE, Juan Carlos Redondo Cast\u00e1n, lecturer of the Degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences and H\u00e9ctor Pereiro and Roi Painceira, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":7777,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[73],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7781","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-research-stay"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.9 -
