{"id":7335,"date":"2021-10-18T18:39:06","date_gmt":"2021-10-18T16:39:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.salbis.es\/?p=7335"},"modified":"2021-10-18T18:39:06","modified_gmt":"2021-10-18T16:39:06","slug":"researcher-lara-martinez-gimeno-finalist-of-the-nursing-in-development-awards-in-the-category-of-doctoral-thesis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.salbis.es\/en\/2021\/10\/18\/researcher-lara-martinez-gimeno-finalist-of-the-nursing-in-development-awards-in-the-category-of-doctoral-thesis\/","title":{"rendered":"Researcher Lara Mart\u00ednez Gimeno, finalist of the Nursing in Development Awards in the category of Doctoral Thesis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Researcher Lara Mart\u00ednez has been a finalist in the Nursing in Development Awards 2021 for her thesis &#8220;Project for the implementation of evidence in clinical practice and analysis of social networks of knowledge transfer in nursing professionals&#8221;, developed in the International Doctoral Programme in Applied Research in Health Sciences by the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the University of Le\u00f3n and the University of Tras-os-Montes e Alto Douro (Portugal) and directed by N\u00e9lida Fern\u00e1ndez Mart\u00ednez and Gema Escobar Aguilar.<\/p>\n<p>Lara Mart\u00ednez&#8217;s thesis has evaluated the effectiveness of a model for the implementation of evidence-based recommendations in pain, falls prevention and urinary incontinence on patient outcomes and the quality of units in the National Health System during 2015-2018. It has also explored the social networks of knowledge transfer among the nursing professionals who have participated in the project.<\/p>\n<p>Lara Mart\u00ednez is a lecturer at the San Rafael-Nebrija Health Sciences Center and carries out her research activity in the IdiHealth group.
