Following the implementation project, a social network analysis was conducted in units that participated in the implementation project to explore social networks of knowledge transfer and utilization of nursing professional research.<\/div>\n<div>Nursing professionals influence the implementation process by being part of professional subcultures and social networks that affect knowledge dissemination and learning.
