The University of Le\u00f3n (ULE) and Asprona Bierzo reinforced their collaboration with the signing of a new Framework Agreement, which took place on July 28, at the Ponferrada Campus. The event was attended by the vice-rector for Faculty of the University of Le\u00f3n (ULE), Miguel \u00c1ngel Tesouro D\u00edaz, and the general director of Asprona Bierzo, Valent\u00edn Barrio D\u00edez.<\/p>\n
In this way, the relationships that had patents in the previous agreement signed in 2003 are reinforced. Currently, this agreement is promoted by the professor and researcher of physiotherapy of the Research Group “Health, Well-being, Engineering and Social Health Sustainability – SALBIS “, Dra. Mar\u00eda Mercedes Reguera Garc\u00eda. The objective is to promote research on intellectual disability, balance and mobility, to facilitate the realization of projects, works, theses and scholarships that result in the improvement of the quality of life of this group.<\/p>\n
The team of researchers made up of Mar\u00eda Mercedes Reguera, Lorena \u00c1lvarez del Barrio, Alejandro Valera Valladares, Cintia Cubillas Alonso, Aitziber Ortega Plaza and Dr. Jos\u00e9 Antonio de Paz Fern\u00e1ndez are resuming the research framed within the collaboration through the agreement.
