The thesis was developed at the European University of Madrid, and co-directed by Dr. Pilar Marqu\u00e9s and Dr. Arrate Pinto of the SALBIS Group (U. de Le\u00f3n), and Dr. Jes\u00fas Sanz Villorejo (U. Europea de Madrid).<\/p>\n<p>The thesis has defined a model of competencies, and will have a great impact on the selection of nursing managers in the Spanish Health System.
