David Bermejo Serves as Secretary of the Organizing Committee of the 8th International and 14th National Congress of the Community Nursing Association
The SALBIS Research Group had a prominent presence at the 8th International and 14th National Congress of the Community Nursing Association, “Community Care: Forum of Complexity,” held in Tarragona from October 22 to 24, 2025. David Bermejo Martínez served on the Organizing Committee as secretary, contributing to the coordination and smooth running of the scientific program and parallel activities.
We are also pleased to share that Marta Martínez, doctoral candidate under Pilar Marqués, director of the SALBIS group, received the Award for Best Community Nurse in Spain, with the citation: “For her leadership and innovation in improving community health, a reference for the profession and for citizens.” This recognition highlights the work carried out by the group and its impact on community practice.
