Alba Canteli collaborates with the SALBIS Research Group during a summer residency directed by Dr. David Bermejo
During the week of June 23–27, 2025, Alba Canteli Díez, a Master’s student in Health and Social Sciences Research at the University of León (ULE), actively participated in the ULE–Santander Summer Research Residency Program, collaborating with the SALBIS Research Group at ULE.
Under the supervision of Dr. David Bermejo Martínez, a member of the SALBIS group, the resident developed her training within a project focused on the application of Social Network Analysis (SNA) to teams implementing best practice guidelines.
Throughout the daily sessions, divided between morning and afternoon, she undertook tasks such as database cleaning, attribute integration for relational analysis, result interpretation, and report preparation. The program also included scientific discussions during working lunches and oral presentations.
This experience contributed to the strengthening of research skills applied to the analysis of relational structures in socio-health contexts, with her performance being positively evaluated by the supervising team.
The SALBIS Group expresses its gratitude for Alba Canteli’s interest, commitment, and enthusiasm, and celebrates that initiatives like this continue to promote scientific vocation and the development of young researchers in the fields of health and well-being.
